      STAY AWAY! The worst company I have ever worked!

      Pros

      upscale building in san jose headquarter. plenty of parking spots.

      Cons

      The company calls itself silicon valley based tech company but with over 90% of engineers based out of san jose headquarter and the whole population of engineers are less than some other group. Collaboration with Tel aviv is extremely difficult. Too many politics. Short sighted upper managements with no willing to invest on R&D. The dated product can't compete with new cloud based products. 2020 Q1 revenue dropped nearly 50% comparing to 2019 Q4, which leads to the acquisition on hold. Now they are laying off numbers of employees with poor severance package to demonstrate one company value: "everyone matters".

      We are incredibly proud of our Tel Aviv roots as well as our other R and D sites across the globe. We are undergoing a significant transformation as we pivot from on-prem to subscription and cloud-based offerings. We have had to make some tough decisions to ensure we have the right skills to deliver on this important technology transformation.       Pros

      Some really great people who I would be delighted to work with again. But thankfully, it looks like they have all moved on as well.

      Cons

      Very cliquey. If you are friends with the right people, then it's a good place to be. Also too many people don't understand their own jobs or what the people who report to them do.

      Cons

      A lot of sacrifice for a lot of work, there is no work life balance. Most managers are based overseas with little to poor experience and they manage up to 8 different regions. You’re solely responsible for finding your own pipeline and maintaining VAR Relationships and deals.

We do have high expectations for our sales team to hunt, nurture and close deals, with the support of our marketing, demand generation and SDR teams. Regarding work-life balance, our sales teams have a lot of autonomy.
