Pros
Entrepreneurial environment, Tabula rasa. You get out what you bring to the table. If you are use to having instruction dictated to you, then this is not the place. If you are a go-"getter" then you have an opportunity. New CEO, New leadership and refreshing direction.
Cons
Need to document processes and drive for continuous improvement. The negativity which as plagued the company for years, is the by product of negative people. The negative people hinder success. There is a lack of vision, and where there is a lack of vision the people/business can perish.
