      Pros

      Products that work, great staff, definitely going someplace! Lots of opportunity to make a name for yourself and those around you.

      Cons

      There are a lot of benefits to having a lot of long term staff in the company for 8+ years but, one downside is trying to affect change. It would be great if everyone read "Switch".

      Pros

      I have let almost a year pass before posting as I wanted to be honest and fair in my opinions. They have only become stronger with time. This is the worst led, most corrupt company I have ever seen, let alone had the misfortune to work for. Even the parties make you feel sleazy. Stay away if you are interested in preserving your self worth as well as your moral compass.

      Cons

      Drugs, sex, and rock and roll. That is what is important to management. Every decision has to pass thru the CEO where he will second guess and torpedo anything "because he knows better" which is so far from the truth it is not even funny.

      Management are the worst you can find. They are there just acting like in the 80's. They are arrogant, they do not care what you think or propose.
