      Pros

      There was a lot of work and the company really emphasizes a team/family culture. We went on monthly "fun days" and kept things light in the office.

      Cons

      The biggest con is it hard to move up. The only real way to move up is by hiring people underneath you.

      Family feel, fun, laid back, too laid back, atmosphere, remote work, technical support, friendly faces everywhere but no real motivation moving forward.

      Cons

      No upward mobility, no pay raises, no long term plans, old technology being used and implemented, looking for small projects with old school approaches only. Not moving into the future.
