You can count on stability because they're always innovating and growing (new practice areas and markets). Not only that, but they support a great work/life balance. Almost everyone in my office has a family, and management allows for flexibility to meet both work and family obligations. Basically, I'm here for the long run because I can't imagine a better mix of pushing myself professionally while feeling supported as a parent.
