Pros
I've worked for Forge for 2+ years and this has by far been the best learning experience. I have had the opportunity to work with multiple teams/departments, contribute to company meetings and our values and work with an experienced and hands-on leadership team. I have learned so much. As the company grows, I have had more opportunities including promotions and assuming additional responsibilities and I'm grateful to be able to work with such a talented team who inspires me. I have an impact every day.
Cons
Forge is still a scaling company in growth mode if that is an environment you want to be part of which comes with its challenges.
