Pros

(1) Innovative and fast-paced environment, highly entrepreneurial culture (2) An opportunity to directly contribute to the growth story of a rapidly-scaling company within an attractive market with plenty of upside (3) Team still small enough to have a direct impact on the company trajectory, plenty of foundational work to be done as the company inflects (4) Extremely bright people, inclusive and tightly knit team (5) Investing in diversity and thoughtful about team compositions

Cons

(1) Team in the process of “engineering for scale”, i.e., some of the processes, structures and employee mandates are still quite fluid and need to be clarified, especially for new employees (2) Could overall use some more organization, especially on the corporate side: marketing, branding and operations

Lots of Lies and Spinning from Top Leadership

Pros

The people not in leadership are some really great folks that care.

Cons

The CEO repeats every year to give him 5 more years to execute. Still hasn't happened. The People Team only protects Sr Leaders, The Board for whatever reason has not fired the CEO despite multiple layoffs and financial losses over last few years. Not to mention the closing of centers because of no money but say it's to raise the level of "collaboration". There is no real plan to bounce back so instead, they announce this reverse stock split, after announcing a stock buyback, after announcing quite poor performance quarter over quarter. This company will severely under pay you. The leadership leads with fear and literally pushed out all of the true leaders, who supported the staff and their growth. This place is a legit sinking ship and several companies WILL NOT consider resumes from this company, that should tell you something about the true reputation of this joke called Forge. If previous performance doesn't guarantee future performance then why did the CEO create an additional unnecessary leadership level and bring in all of his friends? Does this explain the lack of progress? How many rounds of layoffs until someone says maybe it's the poor decision making by the C-Suite? Think twice then think twice again before agreeing to work here.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and feedback on our Glassdoor page. It’s true we’ve faced trying macroeconomic headwinds over the past several years as the global economy retracted which led to very difficult decisions including layoffs. Still, we are confident in our financial position, our market leadership position and in our continued growth and have committed publicly to reaching cash-burn breakeven in 2026. Thank you again for taking the time to post here. We also encourage employees to speak with their managers, or the People Team, or send specific feedback through the anonymous All-Hands survey link at any time. Sincerely, Chief People Officer Forge Global
