Pros

Form has one of the best opportunities to be a disruptor in the battery, utility, and climate tech industries. Form is uniquely capitalized; has a seasoned executive team; is solving a critical, long-term problem (decarbonizing the grid); and has a differentiated technology platform to solve that problem. The people are the best part of Form. Employees are motivated, intelligent, and push each other to be their best.

Cons

If you don't like startup ambiguity or working hard to solve dynamic problems, this is not the place for you. The next few years will be particularly challenging as we bring new tech to market.

Pros

Management fosters an environment where individuals can continually stretch and challenge themselves. It's really easy to take on new responsibilities and grow at Form, as long as you are prepared to work for it. Your peers are a cast of diverse, highly engaged individuals. The strong majority tend to be really friendly and collaborative. People are happy to stop and help you understand and learn about different technical aspects of the product, if you ask.

Cons

Focus on moving quickly causes priorities to constantly shift as we learn new things. This can lead to individuals spreading too thin, if they aren't careful about coordinating workload with their manager.
