Pros

The people are wonderful and the work is exciting. The type of technology they're working on is unique and if they're able to realize their goals they will no doubt become an industry leader. They're flexible with your schedule and have the chance to work from home some days of the week.

Cons

There are way too many managers and the activities of reporting and meeting take a lot of time away from actual work. Also, you're expected to work more than the required hours so there's little appreciation when you go above and beyond to finish your work regardless of how long it took.

Pros

- Form has attracted and hired a ton of really talented people with the promise of doing something really world changing by delivering a energy storage technology that can change what we think of when we think batteries. - Over the last few years the company has taken advantage of several opportunities to accelerate technical development, and has cleared some fairly large technical hurdles. - That success allows many folks at the company to feel like we can deliver a really great product to the market soon enough to make an impact.

Cons

-Form has gone through several growing pains like any start up that hires over 600 people in two years. - The need to have several sites to each accomplish different activities has led to the need to reinvent what Form is every year to embrace that new wing of the company. - Form has a really large group of people who consider themselves leaders within the organization, and as a result there can be some jostling at the reigns as we race to market. - It has now become clear that Form really is a collection of different companies, holding itself together with the need to get a product into market but has not decided at the end of the day what our "product" really is.
