      Pros and cons of Formfactor

      Pros

      My work schedule is very flexible with the ability to work from home. Of course, not everyone is able to do that, but my job as a CAD designer is great...I don't have to drive 40 miles every day into the office.

      Cons

      I really cannot think of any downsides.

      Pros

      Good salary and nice people. Profitable now and paying bonuses.

      Cons

      Some bad hiring decisions take a long time to be corrected. Too much "us" "them" mentality between Cascade Microtech in Beaverton versus FormFactor in Livermore and nothing being done at management level (especially Finance or HR) to build a "team" between the two. Why? Lack of HR leadership at top. Lack of awareness of what's happening in Finance.
