      Independence and flexibility to work, opportunity to be involved in multiple areas, lot on learning in a quick time and more challenges

      Cons

      Good work not always gets credit, politics and finger pointing increased over years, used to have many good people, but mostly have left, talking skills dominate over actual output in career growth. Too many layoffs and company not making profit for last 5 years

      Pros

      Great location for those living out in East Bay/Tri-Valley, nice area. Lots of good people but most have already left.

      Cons

      The company is permanently in downsizing mode. Management needs to realize they can't create demand for something that the industry doesn't need. It had a great run but needs to re-size the business, change strategy, go private. The recession really killed this place. Doing more with less. Everyone wears many hats

      Continuous learning from different process is limitless! Challenging! Nice gym!

      Not profitable 3 years in a row, continue to downsize and cost reduction. Uncertain. Support 24/7 and weekends. Stress level is high.Politicking is huge.Good working employees have been laid off or resign. No loyalty and does not protect good employees. If your good in 'talking' and presenting and NOT working it's a good place to be, just need to jump in on every email thread and talk the talk but not walk the walk this is a good place to be...
