      Technically challenging if working on the right projects, smart colleagues, informal atmosphere

      Cons

      Grew big and successful too fast, Lack of systems and organization, frenzy of fast-paced development work instead of doing it right the first time.

      Good while it lasted

      Pros

      Good benefits. Free fruit twice a week and snacks at employee meetings in good times. Middle management is good, allows employees lot of latitude without micro management.

      Cons

      Upper management is bloated. Too many VPs trying to run day to day operations instead of figuring out long term strategy.
