Cons

Working for FormFire used to be great but not anymore. Bunch of incompetent people are trying to run the company. It used to be employee friendly but now almost every employee fear to speak up. Your job is in risk if you are not in good books of countable individuals. No matter how hard working you are and how much you contribute. They have been firing people for last few months for no proper reason. All they have to say is these positions don’t align with their vision. They fired an employee whom they hired couple of months back. So, you can understand how far their vision is… why did they hire if that position is not required? All the people got fired are those who had the guts to speak up against these 2 individuals. So far they have fired people from all departments and there are high chances that they will fire more because they don’t know any other way to make money.

Pros

FormFire is an amazing place to work. Great location in downtown Cleveland, wonderful culture (everyone is open, friendly, and collaborative), and the people here really and truly want the employees to succeed. Therefore, they encourage a work/life balance that is almost unheard of in "corporate America." I absolutely love coming to work every day and couldn't be happier that I chose FormFire. They are transparent about what's going on in the company, as well. Compensation is very competitive. Exempt employees even receive unlimited PTO (as a non-exempt employee I still have great PTO!). Perks like employer contributions to LunchOwl (a healthy lunch delivery service), 401Ks, etc. are incredible. Management does a great job of truly showing that they appreciate their employees.

Cons

Absolutely nothing. Keep up the great work, FormFire!

Pros

Fun environment, laid back, fun coworkers. Great place to build your resume and move on to more opportunities, okay benefits

Cons

Growing pains, under qualified employees/managers, short on staff, not willing to invest time and money in key areas (highly skilled employees/training/technology), promised yearly raise does not happen, not a lot of room to grow
