Pros

Growth opportunities if you are an attractive, young, white female; that lacks any common sense or knowledge.

Cons

Fraternizing in the work place is accepted. Employees are worked like dogs!!!! Horrible pay. Store conditions are much like an abondoned crack house with everything from roaches, rats and the occasional heroin addict roaming the store.

Pros

Very convenient to my home in southern New Jersey. Reasonable salary and benefits.

Cons

Don't ever work here!!!. Horrible management, work environment. Sales executives are too loose with each other in a very unprofessional manner. They need babysitters when they travel. Embarrassment in the industry to be employed by Forman Mills. Owner RF is nuts!!!
