coworker and management very friendly toward one another and customers. has great room for advancement.

Cons

its hard work with a little pay. you must enjoy your work and job.

Pros

They do not drug test right away, they give you 3 months before drug test. They hire based on experience and personality. The more retail experience the better! They love enthusiasm as well, so be very out going. Managers are not on the sales floor, so you don't have bosses on your back. Security handles customer issues very well.

Cons

They pay biweekly minimum wage. Every new hire is basically part time until after the 1st year. You only work 5-7 hr shifts. New hires do not get any benefits until after their first year. It's usually only one person in each department and the departments are huge.
