Pros
The work experience was okay. They had a very old school method (literally pencil and paper out calculating) but because of the method did get exposure to the process, reports, tracking orders, allocation, and otb.
Cons
-No career growth opportunities -Pay is low compared to other companies -Alot of work but low pay since you are salaried working long hours the pay is technically even lower -No learning curve -Those above you can lack empathy of any kind -Do NOT care about work life balance when they are sending you off to stores to help sales associates at the last minute anywhere at any location a store is located -They are keeping note of things you do even if they don't let you know it -Time off was difficult to get -Fire at will for any reason at all so be careful (they even fired senior level staff at will) -Creates a fearful environment that makes you anxious -No room to be cross trained due to no other real departments other than merchandising and data entry -Put the total allocation on you based off of an outdated method which further fills the stores beyond capacity -Will "eliminate" jobs so don't get too comfortable
