      Pros

      There are no pros in this company except for the discount and the variety of merchandise. They do not treat their workers well and they do not pay well.

      Cons

      Over worked..schedules are crazy..not enough workers or care for workers. Furthermore they try to keep everyone as part time. Pay is not good and they never let you call out even when its an emergency. Company needs new policies and management.

      The Forman Mills management team requires employees to work under the most deplorable conditions and treatments. VP and CEO think nothing of verbally abusing their workers and using fear mongering to drive workers to the point of physical and mental exhaustion.
