I can't think of any.

Cons

Store hours are very unstable. I was fired for doing too much overtime! There was no regard by corporate that my work load was mandated by my Managers and I had no say so in the matter. I worked when they told me to, like all good employees. So, I was fired for doing my job.

Get good hours. A good job if you don't have a family(people to rely on you) or living off the checks

Cons

The customers are horrible, you have to work like a Hebrew slave just to get a really decent check.
