      Great people Challenging job Lots of ways to make improvements

      Cons

      RF is seldom in office but if he comes in he is abrasive and belittling to staff. Meetings can result in your items being thrown at you while you are screamed at. Interest in improvements or any real changes in any area is all talk. RF likes the way his company currently runs and has no intention of changing it. It's all talk and bluster.

      Pros

      nice clothes, discount on clothes, clothes are pretty cheap, pretty easy and straight forward, other associates I work are pretty cool people.

      Cons

      No personal growth, certain managers are rude, ghetto customers, not that much of a balance between work and life, have to call in to figure your schedule out for the next week every Saturday so you have to plan your personal life around the schedule,
