Cons
Management has NO respect for employees at all. Management discusses employees absences, tardys, or write ups with all other employees which is not only against the law but embarrassing. No consideration for employees at all. During holidays we are not allowed to request days off and if we call off its automatic termination. Pay is very lousy, most of the time our hours dont meet minimum standards. No holiday pay at all. After breaking our backs during holiday season sometimes working from 9am until 1230 pm all we got in appreciation was a lousey 10 dollar coupon for a butterball turkey. Ive called corporate offices a few times to complain about things and NOTHING has been done or changed at all. RF forman/ceo does NOT know how to treat his employess. And if complaints or advice does make it to him he does a very poor job of dealing w or handeling them.
