when u 1st start they give u hours ,.. then u start getting 1 day a week then they still want to to have open availability. Corporate sucks when manager disrespect u and u complain they dont do anything. they change rules all the time lack of communication between managers and supervisors. then there are illiterate supervisors who behave like they are the manager because they have the key) worked there when i was in college. but their was one male supervisor who couldn't calculate in his head or with a calculator when u try to help them out they got offend..it you going to work here just be prepared for people to belittle you. dont get me wrong there are few supervisory who knows what they are doing but they cant do anything because they will be scold at although they are right. Then you get cuss out by customers who tell you that what the company is doing is wrong. you can do anything more than nod your head or ignored them because you got to do what u are told.. or else they fired u quickly... Oh these go through managers like crazy the store i worked at when through 3 managers last year. since it has been open 12mangers.. that how bad it is and once that got replace are horrible. if the store is cold you can wear a sweater .. heat dont work well in winter time.. summer time no air.. customers complain about this.. discount is 10% but not actually because it is adjusted to each price item.. so u really dont get 10% holiday seasons u get a 20% coupon they same rule applies its adjusted .. oh u will work and get no lunch or breaks and it difficult for them to put it back in because if u dont take a Lunch (30min) they automatically take it out.. get 15mins break but dont count on it they call u back to work as soon as u leave for break because they are always under staff.. although u dont get pay for 30min lunch and its on your free time they still want to call you back. although the company Manuel say you can clock in 7mins late and dont consider late... they still count you late even if its 1min. supervisory takes longer breaks and use their phones on the sales floor bad example for your employees.. this is just for kids who go to college or high school. if u are an adult you feel like you are in school.. and quit.. oh yeah people quit often because of the unfair work environment. In summary, no values,lack hours 13hrs the most. ok the ceo came to the store once in a while not impress either
