Pros

There are no pros to working at Forman Mills.

Cons

Employees don't get raises, or promoted fairly. They are unorganized, and the management is not equipped to run the store. Working at other stores is a lot better than working at Forman Mills simply because other stores train you the correct way while Forman Mills does not. There is simply to much work placed on you to earn only $7.40 per hour. Not a great working environment at all.

If you need a paycheck/need to find a job right now, go there. You'll probably get more hours than what's scheduled if you close, because closing takes forever.

Cons

They keep everyone but managers at part time to avoid paying benefits, in addition to that hours can swing wildly. If you are new you will probably work on weekends. The break room was dirty and there were a lot of workers who were very disgruntled. They'll work you to the bone

The only possible pro that I could think of is that your can pretty much demand any department you want to work in once the company hires you. This is due to the high turnover rate compared to other companies in the same industry. Another pro might be that it is the only job were you can literally just apply and once you received a phone call that means you have the job. Forman Mills does not have a formal interview process. Another would be the ten percent discount off the clothes that you receive for working their.
