Formica started as a job and has become a career. They have an understanding management team and a hardworking hourly team. Great benefits Competitive pay

Cons

Some mandatory overtime is required. Can get bumped to shifts you don’t want. Some negative attitudes on the work floor. Have trouble with communication.
