      Pros

      The best reason to work at Formica is the location in Evendale, Ohio. Most of the lower level employees are friendly to work with.

      Cons

      Formica is a company that still believe in the good old boys network in order to advance. They is no one in human resources that you can go to if you have problems. If they do not like you, when lay offs come around you will be part of it. Formica does not believe in promoting minorites. You will find them all in one department and very unhappy.
