Pros

Close knit team. Collaboration amongst team. Autonomy to get job done.

Cons

Management is terrible. A lot of dishonesty and favoritism. No training programs. Lots and lots of reports that show nothing. Tons of computer work.

I enjoyed the role. The team was really supportive, I had opportunities to grow and learn - both within the role and beyond.

Cons

The workload became unmanageable as teammates left and their tasks were spread. I raised this with my manager but nothing was done other than agreeing on what I had set as priorities.
