      Pros

      Strong management team, great brand, healthy culture and financially sound organization. It is a very people oriented company with alot of teamwork. Overall a good place to work.

      Cons

      Limited growth in the marketplace. This impacts the number of career opportunities available.

      Pros

      People are passionate about what they do, if they're where they want to be. Everyone is generally good to work with and easy to communicate to.

      Cons

      Company seems to want to spend a lot of money in many areas including hot shot new hires instead of training and compensating current employees. Expect an endless list of priority one projects, difficult to manage family and work like at times, little to no advancement opportunities from within, management under values most of it's employees, management fails to solve reoccurring problems.
