Forrester reviews

-They love to talk about how some of the executives started in entry level positions and worked their way up, but they've cut off those career paths for current employees. If you work there, plan on having to work elsewhere in a few years if you want to be able to move up (especially if you're a recent grad). -They talk about how there's a culture of "openness" and "transparency" but that's just a way to avoid having an avenue for anonymous questions. The truth is that they don't like the hard questions so they've done this to cut down on how many difficult things they get asked.

The past few months have greatly changed my view of Forrester. When I first started working here I felt cared for, supported and heard by the company. Like other reviews mention, the rapid changes have left me personally feeling a lot of distrust for those in charge. Any concerns that are brought up by employees in company meetings, all hand calls, etc, feel glossed over and barely answered or addressed. The fact that negative Glassdoor reviews are posted every single day is a testament to the current tone and overall feel of the employees. I feel like I am working for a completely different employer than I did when I started. Forrester used to pride itself on authenticity and transparency, but now just tries to sweep it's employee's thoughts, opinions and concerns under the rug without addressing them.
