-3 rounds of layoffs in the last two years -Company policy at the whim of one old out of touch man -Leadership puts the stock price before employees -Leadership ignores it's own research, it's own analysts, and treats employees like they're too dumb to notice -Low pay compared to industry standards. Limited or no opportunity for advancement. -Turnover leaves some teams very weak on talent. -High visibility analysts are asking questions publicly like "why should we work hard for no bonuses, why should we stay at all?"
