Cons
Most teams that fall under sales support, finance and operations are all constantly in fire-fighting mode, with no clear strategy or direction from the leadership as they are too busy asking folks to generate yet another spreadsheet to add to their pile of "docs no one ever looks at". If you're looking for a place to grow and develop, this is not for you as learning opportunities for professional development will be very few and far in between. If your aim is to just survive and not thrive, then go ahead and apply, at your own risk.
