Pros

Great group of smart people that really focus on producing a high quality product for customers. Good opportunity to advance. Very friendly environment, but one that challenges everyone to carry their weight.

Cons

Business model and organization structure is too complicated. Siloed sales structure is not in the best interest of clients. Too many layers of management in research and delivery.

Pros

Fun, lively, creative employees. Casual atmosphere. Great benefits. Not overly corporate, and I appreciate that management is more transparent than most companies.

Cons

Focus on the short term. Not enough attention paid to quality in the deliverables we produce. Sub-market rate on compensation, though partly made up for with strong benefits. The fact that it seems like it takes forever to make change happen. Don't feel personally challenged or encouraged to grow or improve.
