Pros

Hands on training process, open door policy. Family oriented environment, everyone is very supportive. Going to court makes the job more fun in my opinion. You get the opportunity to learn more about the legal and court system along with working closely with lawyers and judges. All in all a pretty cool and laid back office job.

Cons

Can get stressful sometimes when the workload piles up. Depending on your supervisor, you may be micro-managed at times which very annoying.
