187 day work year makes it hard to walk away from this job, it is easy to fall into this routine, and if you don't want to amount to much in life then go ahead.

Cons

Incompetent administration at all levels. The focus on keeping the same level of budgets leads some of these administrators to over order technologies and other equipment that is not needed.
