The credit unions Members are amazing and make worth coming everyday to work.

Cons

Management is a joke. They all sleep and party together and if you aren’t in their click, there is a target on your back. I once witnessed HR telling a manager there was a complaint about them which made a hostile work environment for that employee and I found that to be so unethical. they will quiet fire you and Make you feel horrible and unheard. I have never worked for a company that allows this behavior and toxic work environment. Even after several employees coming forth and complaining, nothing was done but those employees are all gone now however the same employees who are causing drama and this horrible work environment are still there while there is still a big turn over rate. I’m embarrassed for the company. The ceo is left in the dark about all this shady stuff and it won’t matter if you speak up, you’ll be fired eventually for speaking up. I now work at a national bank and seeing how much they have invested into their ethical integrity, and processes and procedures, It made me feel like I have PTSD from working at Fortera and I felt like I had a duty to put this somewhere for what I witnessed and experienced (which this is just the tip of the iceberg)
