Pros

This is the best place I have ever worked. The company really values their employees and spends tons of money every year on personal development of their staff. The have a lot of training so employees can succeed.

Cons

The only downside if I had to pick one might be the pay. I have heard from other institutions that they pay more on the hour, however, there are so many opportunities to bonus and earn incentives.

There are a lot of branches and the 401k is good. Not all branches open on Saturday so staff rotates.

Cons

behind in technology. low paying. can't keep strong people working there. not enough support in contact center. back office departments rude. too many hoops. Little opportunity for advancement unless you want to manage a branch.
