No real structure, They do not properly plan before implementing change. Some members of upper management tend to create more unnecessary chaos.

This place is growing and that brings new opportunities. They are strong champions of developing and promoting from within, but will not hesitate to bring in outside expertise if it is not readily available. If you focus on developing or enhancing your skills, the sky is the limit here. They want you to succeed.

Cons

The pandemic has made it more difficult to get the growth opportunity message out. Front line branch and Contact Center staff need coaching and continued encouragement to better understand their personal stake in their career advancement and the potential ahead of them.
