Thank you for taking the time to review us. We love to hear that our employees consider our culture and our benefits as one of their Pros. Fortera has worked hard to build a culture that is inviting while still holding true to who we are as a company. We also have strived to build a benefit package that truly serves our employees and their families. At Fortera, we value any ideas that will make a process better, simpler or faster. We try to give credit where credit is due, and have implemented programs like the Innovation Council for employees to submit their ideas and suggestions to better the organization. I am sorry you feel you or another coworker was not properly appreciated for their contributions. This could be something that you could bring up on the annual employee survey or during a Fortera focus group.
