      Pros

      Lots of brilliant hard working employees from the top all the way down. Very friendly environment, very cool projects, and the CEO prides himself on treating his employees well. Didn't lay off a single employee during Covid. Lots of room for professional growth.

      Cons

      Constantly in a state of growth which means frequent growing pains (expanding office space, expanding test areas, too much work to go around while trying to hire more people and train them, etc.)

      Pros

      Best Company I've ever worked for. CEO is one of the smartest people I have ever met, yet is so humble he makes you want to learn. The company looks after it's people and truly wants employees to succeed. With initiative, you can sky rocket at this place.

      Some communication issues due to the speed at which the company is growing.
