      fast growing company, good products

      Cons

      Extremely poor management, horror experiences. No mentors for new grads. Repetitive work. No debugging tools. Salary growth is equivalent to negotiating for nickels and dimes. Code review process needs major improvements.

      Fortinet is growing rapidly which allows for many opportunities to learn industry processes and best practices while advancing your career. Opinions are valued, innovation is encouraged, and advancement is expected.

      Cons

      There is a lack of culture that is true to tech companies with remote working and onsite amenities , but HR does a good job of compensating with company-wide employee appreciation and holiday events. Another con is the workload native to a small but growing company. The expectations rise and hiring can't quite keep up.
