      - Many opportunities exist internally with various teams along with promotional opportunities within each department - Competitive compensation and benefits - Excellent learning opportunities - Latest and greatest technologies

      Cons

      - Staff training is generally adequate but could be bolstered - Growing pains as the company transitions into a mid-sized enterprise - Some tools are outdated which leads to reduced efficiency at times - Work/life balance can be a challenge depending on departmental requirements
