      Great environment for learning, professional growth and development

      Pros

      - ample opportunities to learn and development your skill set - cross team collaboration - great benefits package (extended health and dental, HCSA, LSA, RRSP with employer match etc.)

      Cons

      - 7 to 10 minute walk from the closest skytrain station (Gilmore), but there is a shuttle bus for the business park

      It is a large company

      Pros

      Large company means it is easy to get time off for vacations, good internal training (with allocated time to do it) and lots of flexibility to move up or between teams. Work stops when I leave the office, and they have many clubs for various interests (sports, boardgames, etc).

      Cons

      Large company makes inter-teamwork difficult at times. With such a large number of employees, it can be hard to be recognized for going above and beyond (though not impossible). Extremely difficult or impossible to change processes; feedback in this regard feels useless.
