Pros
Interesting work, lots of new projects happening at the moment and company is growing which is fun to be part of. Buildings and work environment are nice, a number of social clubs exist which are supported by HR function which help to socialise with your work colleagues. Lots of room for progression as well which is based more on performance than longevity (which I like). Close to skytrain line. My manager is good and allows some flexibility when my life requires it. So good so far!
Cons
Not too many food amenities within walking distance (not a company issue but more reflective of location)
