      Pros

      Fortinet gives it's employees a sense of belonging through their stock options (RSUs) and really helpful in managing work life balance though the flexible work timings. Fortinet is apparently believes in "a happy employee is a productive employee", so it takes good care of it's employees through various employee benefit programs.
