      Pros

      I'm working as System Engineer for Fortinet Brazil since September 17 and I'm loving it. People are so kind, you have the opportunitty to access all management levels and get 1-to-1 feedbacks. Salary and benefits make you feel valorized and encouraged to do your best. It's the best place that I ever worked.

      Cons

      None. The company have a very good talk with employees and keep all motivated.

      So far, all that I've received since I became in a Fortinet employee have been opportunities to growth as a professional and as a person, as I've said many times, this job totally changed my life in so many aspects that I only can be grateful for this chance that I received +5 years ago..

      I would only mention, the lack of spaces to share with co-workers more often
