Amazing experience. Many different technologies to learn. Stocks. Good Salary.

Cons

Constant Overtime needed to finish cases analysis and troubleshoot. Too many cases assigned per Engineer. Lack of resources for soo many cases. Linked to incorrect management pressured by Sales Teams to just say 'Yes' to everything. Someone will pick it up, doesn't matter who.
