Pros

They're very prompt with communication and honest. It was my experience that Fortitude worked diligently on my behalf and has been active in my employment after I was awarded my contract position at our client site. Besides that, they work hard to get their consultants competitive pay and they provide good health benefits

Cons

this is not applicable dot com - They're supportive without being an overpowering entity which makes it easier to focus on the client and the job.

Pros

The on boarding process was simple. Travis was a great help with getting the interviews setup and making the transition to contracting simple. Also I really like how they are happy and promote the possibility of converting from contractor to FTE.

Cons

Time tracking as well as still have physical pay stubs.

Pros

Great place to grow professionally! Like minded people that invest in a training program. Not a place for the mediocre, so for the right person it's the best opportunity for someone coming out of school. Good bonus program, and uncapped commissions after you go through training period. Corporate Housing for new hires so you can live rent free for a few months, or for folks travelling in between offices.

Cons

There is a lot to learn, and learning a new sport or craft isn't always the easiest...but there is a very good training program in place, so as long as you are attentive, ask questions, and are continually curious on how to grow professionally the tools are available.
