Fortitude really took the time to get to know me, and what I was looking for in a job/career and then placed me in a position that was a perfect fit. It is hard to find recruiting companies that put that much care into who they place, and where they place them. So, thank you!

Cons

The turnaround from when I got the initial call to when I started on my first day was very fast...the one thing I would say is that I wish I had waited another week before starting so that I could get a few more things in my personal life situated. That being said, it was an extra week of pay so I cant complain too much!

-Excellent chance the sharpen recruiting skills and make friends -Ability to listen to music while you work throughout the day -Company trips

Cons

-34K base salary (*which included a bonus that you must pay back if you leave before 18 months) plus commission (that you don't start earning until your 6th month) -Absolutely no work life balance, it is required that you move from your home state and dedicate all of your waking moments to "building relationships" -Very male, very white culture... major lack of diversity -Strict dress code with pleated pants and color scheme to follow -No HR, allows for unprofessionalism (particularly when combining a alcohol culture) -Discrimination (people of color fired for same offenses made by white employees)
