Cons

The company constantly talks about fbs, which is just a way of them reducing all of employees to show higher profits. Employees turnover is high at all the opcos because they have no appreciation for their employees and most employees are frustrated.

The marketing is all about their values, but they definitely donor follow any of those values,‘it’s just a marketing tool. All of their people are not appreciating and treated rudely by management, especially at their owned companies. Extremely high turnover and employees are constantly waiting to leave.
