Cons

"Ivory Tower" leadership style by C-Suite that flows down the VPs. Attempt to bring in outside headcount from successful companies, but don't listen to them and eventually wash them all out. As a business who touts their value and "market differentiator" in their continuous improvement process, their stock has flat lined for 5 straight years. I would not invest your career or even a dollar in this company.

None anymore, used to be great.

Cons

Management is becoming increasingly separated from their employees. Too busy working towards misguided “bowlers”. Very blatant current attempts to move all jobs overseas. Abuse workers and threaten to replace them with contractors, telling them to work beyond contracted hours.
