      Pros

      Focus on getting the job done as opposed to number of hours worked. Everything is metric driven and measured so if you are hitting your targets you are good. If targets are missed, there is no finger pointing, just a formal process to identify gaps and counter-measure.

      Cons

      The return to office requirement was not universally well-received.
