-Permanent remote work option -Although CRO most projects contracted involves full scope of clinical trial implementation so lot of opportunity; exposure & learning beyond CDM; elaborate in-house (Fortrea managed) functional groups so this enables a lot of cross-functional collaboration -Scope for career growth

Yearly bonus applicable only to higher management; not for grades lower to this so no yearly bonus

I experienced significant disappointment with the senior leadership team in business development, as their focus seemed to prioritize personal/friends/family advancement over the well-being of others. The actions of certain key individuals forced some talented individuals out of the organization, as the senior leader attempted to create opportunities for their personal court progression.
